The wisdom teeth are located in the back of the mouth, two on top and two on the bottom and are the last four teeth to break through from the gums.  While this can occur naturally  in most instances at least one of the four will need to be extracted.  A procedure which only takes a few minutes, most people's wisdom teeth come out between the ages of 16  and 25, although adults extraction can also occur.
